LIMITED EXPOSURE FINISH
We begin with only the finest quality rattan which has been carefully inspected to ensure a perfect finished product. The rattan is treated in a 3-bath process by first dipping the frames in a polyester emulsion to seal every pore. Once the wicker has been hand woven over the frame, it is treated once again to form a flexible coating and moisture resistance over the entire piece. After allowing to cure, one last bath process is given to the furniture which gives our wicker the most durable finish, offering years of worry-free enjoyment. Limited Exposure wicker is guaranteed for any screened-in or covered outdoor area.
FRAME CONSTRUCTION
All of the joints are glued and screwed using quality metal fasteners, then leather wrapped for lasting durability. The competition uses reed wrap, which will eventually peel and unravel. Our use of leather prevents this.
COMFORT SEATING
The seat decking features seat webbing for lasting support and comfort and it is easily replaced if ever needed. A foam core cushion with a thick wrapping of engineered fiber adds to the comfort and support.
